Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bio-Robotix website located at bio-robotix.com and any associated services, simulation tools, or content (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Bio-Robotix ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You may access and use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, spam, or promotional material.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Impersonate Bio-Robotix, its employees, or any other person or entity.

Bio-Robotix provides access to public simulation tools, including an epidemic SEIR simulator and a crop detection and response simulator (collectively, "Simulators"), hosted on third-party platforms (Heroku and Streamlit). The Simulators are:

• Illustrative only — outputs are for educational and demonstration purposes and do not constitute scientific, medical, agricultural, or regulatory advice.
• No login required — publicly accessible without account creation.
• No uptime guarantee — maintained on a best-efforts basis; Bio-Robotix does not warrant continuous availability.
• Subject to third-party terms — use of the Simulators is also subject to the terms of service of the respective hosting platforms.

Pre-order and deployment reservation submissions through the Service constitute expressions of interest only and do not form a binding purchase contract. Bio-Robotix reserves the right to accept, decline, or modify any reservation at its discretion. Formal agreements will be executed separately prior to any deployment. No payment is collected through the Service at this stage.

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and simulation models — is the property of Bio-Robotix or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BIO-ROBOTIX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIO-ROBOTIX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED AED 500 (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bio-Robotix and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services. These links are provided for convenience only. Bio-Robotix has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bio-Robotix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law in your jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
